Grayscale files to insert XRP ETF on NYSE
Grayscale Digital Asset Company provided a registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Committee (SEC) on January 30, in cooperation with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), to obtain the Fund (ETF).
This step seeks to bring the original to the broader traditional financial markets. The deposit argues that the conversion of confidence to the investment funds circulated in photographic sites that will provide investors a productive product (ETP), which eliminates the complexities of maintaining directly or managing the encrypted currency.

This follows the successful restart of Grayscale XRP TRST in September 2024, which witnessed gains exceeding 300 % in the last quarter. Confidence currently runs $ 16.1 million of assets.
Grayscale joins other companies in the XRP file
The company is now joining Coinshares, Wisdomtree, Proshares, Rex, and BitWise, in submitting files for XRP ETF.
XRP rose to $ 3.14 after the news, but fell to $ 3.09 at the time of the press, a decrease of 0.88 %. The currency witnessed 38 % gains last month, according to data from Coinmarketca.
