Watch Skins, a NFT SMARTWATCH Dials company, has filed a lawsuit against the luxury LVMH bloc, accused of violating its patented technology to display NFTS on smart watches.

The lawsuit, which was filed in the Federal Court of Texas on March 10, claims that the innovative NFT technology for LVMH Skins. Watching Skins claims that she has developed a unique system that allows users to display NFT artistic works that have been checked on smart watches and holds multiple patents for this technology.
According to the lawsuit, Tage Heuer, a brand of the LVMH agreement, and other brands within the group, combined the NFT display systems that were patented in its products illegally. The patent patents concerned cover many aspects, including verification of NFT ownership before they appear on the face of the watch, using Blockchain wallet to verify ownership, and enable the watches of the watches allocated based on NFT ownership.
Skins Watch Tag Heuer is accused of encouraging customers to use their NFT features, thus violating patents. The company seeks to obtain compensation for lost profits and compensation, as well as an order from the court to prevent LVMH from using patented technology.
In 2020, Watch Skins launched the Blockchain -based NFT Watch, allowing users to purchase licensed smart faces while ensuring the NFTS validation offered through a connection with an encryption wallet.
