Ukrainian strikes appear on Russian bombers protected with tires

A security source for Business Insider carried out that the Ukrainian forces carried out a huge attack on drones targeting Russian bombers and other aircraft on Sunday, hitting dozens of aircraft.

The source said at the security ceremony in Ukraine that the agency carried out a “specially large operation” to destroy Russian bombers deeply inside the country. They said that the attacks of the attack hit at least 40 aircraft, including Beriev A-50 of the aircraft and early control of the Beer-50, Tupolev Tu-95 and TUPOLEV TU-22M strategic.

Video footage captured by a drone appears and BI show a row of protected Russian bombers, and they send thick columns of black smoke in the air.

The last video clip takes the moment the drone hit a plane.

At least two bombers in these shots, including those that are hit, the tires are covered. Russia used this tactic throughout the war in a clear attempt to disrupt Ukrainian arms systems, such as drones and missiles, looking for the plane.

“The strategic enemy is burning collectively in Russia.” They said that Ukraine attacked four air bases across Russia and said that Moscow losses reach billions of dollars, adding that the number of damaged aircraft may increase.

The source said that the operation, which was supervised by Ukrainian President Folodimir Zelinsky, included more than a year and a half of planning and was “very complicated from a logistical point of view.”

SBU has transferred many drones (FPV) from the first person (FPV) to Russia, along with what looks like wooden charging boxes. Once all the pieces were in the country, drones were hidden in the boxes that were placed on trucks. On Sunday, the box tops were opened from a distance, and drones went.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet issued a public statement on the attack, and it did not respond to BI’s request to comment on the attack. The Russian embassy was also not responding.

TU-95 and TU-22M strategic launchers were used to launch missile strikes against Ukrainian targets. Russia’s attacks recently intensified; Officials said Moscow fired more than 900 drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles over a period of only three days in late May.

On Sunday, the Ukrainian Air Force said that Russia fired 472 drones and drones – the largest bombing in Moscow with systems that are not yet available. Kyiv said that 385 air vehicles were landed.

The Ukrainian attack on Sunday represents the latest deep blow to Ukraine to Russia. Kiev’s forces have repeatedly used drone and missiles that are locally produced to strike air bases, ammunition warehouses, and arms making sites behind enemy lines during the past year.
