Try pump.fun to challenge Raydium Goes Live – Cryptomode

Pump.fun has officially launched Pumpswap, its original decentralized exchange on Solana Blockchain. One of the most prominent events is to get rid of immigration fees, a step that can disrupt the current DeX market, especially competitors such as Raydium.
Pumpswap It aims to maintain liquidity from the symbols that were launched via pump.fun by ensuring a smooth transition from its cohesive curve mechanics to the new stock exchange, eliminating the previous six deportation fees required to transfer the symbols to Raydium.
The statute was built on the automated market maker model for fixed products in Solana, where the structural similarities were drawn to UISWAP V2 and Raydium V4. The platform allows to provide liquidity without friction during the imposition of 0.25 % switching fees, as 0.20 % is allocated to liquidity providers and 0.05 % is allocated to the protocol.
The removal of immigration fees is a major development, as it deals with one of the largest contact points for the symbolic creators who are looking to move from Pump.fun’s Launchpad to a trading place. By submitting the creation of free liquidity and direct integration, the pumpswap can prevent symbols from immigration to Raydium, while retaining liquidity within its ecological system.

Pumpswap Raydium Challenge
The new platform can be considered a direct challenge for Raydium, which has long been the location of the dominant liquidity of the symbols launched via Pump.fun. Reports indicate that only 10 % of the MEME codes of the platform previously deported to Raydium, which means that Pumepswap has the ability to capture and unify liquidity that would have been flowing into Raydium pools.
This comes amid an increasing competition in the Dix Sector in Solana. In response to the release of the Raydium from Pumpswap, Raydium developed Launchlab, which is a direct competitor to pumping the distinctive symbol launch model. Launchlab will contain customized bonding curves, giving projects more control of the discovery of prices and liquidity distribution.
