These two mental statues will determine whether the start of artificial intelligence will continue
Historically, whenever a new technology and penetration appear, the market is immersed in tons of new custom applications using this new technology in the form or shape, but it often takes some time until we started to see great Products that last.
It is now the first time a while ago a new hacking technique (LLM) appeared, and the 99999 Amnesty International products flood It hit the world, so we are about to know the new products and technology that was built to continue.
The interesting thing here is that penetration techniques give unknown youth founders and emerging companies an opportunity to upgrade the summit and build a new
In this post, I will write about the mental model that I think will distinguish permanent artificial intelligence companies from those who will have a moment of fame but fade after that. I will also share my thoughts about the period that this development may take.
#<24 months on new technology monopolies in the world
Yes, I think we will move from specially designed products (may stick or not adhere to) to artificial intelligence products as goods that we cannot live without, within 24 months or less. Good way found to describe this is
Although most of the previous technologies took one or more contract to move from a dedicated stage to a commodity, I think that LLM energy products will reach there during the next 24 months, since LLMS is the first technology in history not only provides a file of double value to customers , But also make the production/design/thinking process radically and easier.
For example, during most of the past year, I was using AI’s Voice feature to chat daily, sometimes for several hours. Sometimes, as a technical consultant when it comes to the exchange of complex and complex technical decisions, at other times to discuss human resource and communications strategies, etc.
After using it often, I can clearly see what they miss (for example, remember what we are talking about so that I can demand less and less over time and only speak and make better decisions faster). I can also see that Amnesty International’s voice chat products will be something that one billion users will use daily. What is not clear to me is the company (or companies), through what is the specific user interface and the business model and pricing, which will provide this experience. I can predict (and in fact I am personally, I will charge something in this field soon), but the only time will be determined.
Since I was a strong user of many artificial intelligence applications (and since I studied academically and my career began to manage artificial intelligence products), I noticed the role of artificial intelligence products and their capabilities in my life differently from many people who have many people only started only adopting products artificial intelligence. In some way, I think I have great expectations of artificial intelligence (and I rarely feel disappointed these days, as AI can already fulfill most of my expectations), however most people have really low expectations of artificial intelligence and therefore they can never try the level of productivity /Creativity can arrive.
This may be because I had enough time to go to think of artificial intelligence as a tool, thinking about artificial intelligence as an equal decision -making partner in certain areas, and even building my skills in a way that takes this into consideration. So it does not emotionally harm me to speak to artificial intelligence as it is the Expert in certain fields.
In general, I believe that the winning artificial intelligence companies and projects will be those that can see the potential of full artificial intelligence. If you see a marginal improvement, it will create useful products in a marginal way. It turns out that you never win by being better marginal, but by being an arrangement in size or better.
You can already see this double between engineers and designers. I think only one of them will win:
#2 Types of Mohandessin
It seems that most of the top engineers I know avoid using artificial intelligence tools for coding, as if it was the author to admit that he could do their work. They are almost insulted if they asked them if they are using artificial intelligence. When they finally decide to try it (because they saw someone to respect him do it), they do not already use his full ability. Instead, they write very short claims, reduce artificial intelligence to completing code, and then conclude “it is just another tool.”
I think part of it is that they cannot [or have incentives against wanting to] Think about Amnesty International as a better engineer than themselves in the spaces of narrow problems.
When I look at the claims written by senior engineers versus novice engineers, novice engineers are constantly better than artificial intelligence (and therefore more productive in their relationship with artificial intelligence) since they have incentives to use artificial intelligence and thus gain much more than artificial intelligence. Incentives, as they import artificial intelligence skills, provide a great deal of time and effort. Unlike senior engineers who spent years in building the skills that they can now
#2 Types of designers
If you are designed, you can use AI to create a new experience radically improves how users interact with other users and/or information.
User and user reactions and information are the basic funds in each technical product. If you improve 10x for the basic interaction to generate value/capture product, you have just gave your company a crazy amount of competitive advantage in the market.
I recently made an interview with many user interface designer to start operating. As part of the interview, I try to see how they imagine the use of artificial intelligence for a specific problem in a specific type of products, and I noticed that there are two types of methods:
- Amnesty International as a tool: Click a button or icon to see a list of functions that you can accomplish for you, such as “Summarization”, “Create __”, “Ask the question” etc.
- Artificial intelligence as a participant in the experience faced by the user: Send a text message to AI like you to a person and get value. For example, “Who should you talk to if you need ___?” “Can you make an introduction between me and the user B?” , “What is the cost of the alternative opportunity for the decision, but the user B shared it on the last day?” etc.
Once again, the value created and captured varies between these 2 with an arrangement in size at least. If you are a designer (or you set one), you should be aware of whether you think about type 1 or the second type by default.
#MENTAL MODEL 2: Upon request for artificial intelligence always
I learned about these terms from
Upon request is anything that responds to the user’s demand. On the other hand, artificial intelligence, on the other hand, works in the background and may take the first step in the human interaction AA, and can constitute human, human or human information that generates value, without asking.
I have difficulty selecting any of these things that will add the largest value to users and companies, but if I am guessing, I imagine the latter. Imagine that you are in a group conversation online or a society and delivered a message saying, “I have noticed that the collection of donations is the faces of your mind, and this other member is looking for companies to invest in it. Do you want a warm introduction?” This could create a value that you did not even have that the user did not even realize that you could gain in that group/chat or society, perhaps because you do not always verify nutrition, but artificial intelligence.
Likewise, you can always imagine AI’s strength in different contexts. Somehow, you can always think of artificial intelligence as a maximum luck. A participant Those who realize your context, your needs and desires, and constantly discover new ways to increase your luck to the maximum limit; Especially in unknown ways. I think this has an indispensable value.
If you see Amnesty International companies use these winning mental models, you will be cracked on board and work with them/investing them because their chances will be the following large technical monopolies.
