The organization of encryption must pass through Congress for permanent change
The encryption regulations must be enacted through a law of Congress to become permanent and meaningful legislation, according to former Congress member and Waili Niklem.
In an exclusive video interview with Turner Wright from Cointelegraph, Nikkal urged the two parties to cooperate through comprehensive encryption regulations. The former member of the Congress added:
“I think it is really important for anyone interested in this issue to retreat and realize that if you want a permanent change in Washington, you must transfer legislation through Congress. Otherwise, if you are talking about executive orders, then this will go back and forth.”
“You don’t want to have the chaos we saw just months ago with SEC Gary Gensler – you need to obtain legislation through Congress,” Repeat Nickel.
On January 23, President Trump’s executive was established the working group on digital assets, which also banned the development of a central bank’s digital currency (CBDC), and the matter that creates a strategic bitcoin reserve along with a separate coding stock, which was an example of the executive procedures that could be reflected at a later time.
