The most healthy businesses follow this diet, according to a 30 -year -old study

Although there is no silver bullet for healthy aging, there are habits that can help you age well – especially when it comes to what you eat.
in A 30 -year studyThe researchers found that a specific diet was linked to healthy aging, defined as up to 70 years without any major chronic health conditions, sound memory, strong mental health, and physical ability to move freely and climb stairs. Of more than 105,000 people who studied, only one out of ten were considered to be a good business owners-and they all had one common thing: a diet rich in plant foods, low in very processed foods, with mild consumption of animal products.
In the study, it was published last month in the magazine Nature MedicineThe researchers followed how the participants closely followed a large number of healthy meals. While adhering to any of the diets, including Mediterranean healthy meals and planets, increased the chances of healthy aging, the alternative healthy eating index (AHEI) was the most influential in improving the possibilities of maintaining strong mental and physical health at the age of 70.
Those who have adhered to a more than AHEI diet have a 86 % higher chance to live to 70 without large chronic conditions compared to those who adhered to the diet at the very least. People who were the most loyal to the AHEI diet also had a 2.24 times more chance to live healthy at the age of 75 compared to those in the lowest quarter of the adherence to the diet. This is especially important as 80 % of the elderly have more than one chronic condition, which increases the risk of early deaths.
“The results we have found indicate that the food patterns rich in plant foods, with a moderate insertion of animal -based healthy foods, may enhance healthy aging in general, direct food guidance in the future,” and the researchers concluded this. “Ahei was also the most closely related to maintaining physical, sound and mental health among the areas of individual healthy aging.”
