Three teenagers are accused of kidnapping a rich investor and then stealing $ 4 million in digital assets after he pushed him to a desert outside Las Vegas.
The court records indicate that Bilal Ashraf and Austin Fletcher, both of them at sixteen, are now facing charges of theft, kidnapping and extortion, while a third partner bears his name indivisible in a year, remains a student, Reports Local CBS-ELEVILIATE 8 News Now.
The juvenile judge previously spent Ashraf and Fleecher, both of them from Florida, would face charges as adults. Prosecutors say the third teenager is no longer in the United States.
According to the court documents, the accident occurred in November and informed the victim, whose name was not revealed, who was hosting an encrypted currency event in the center of Las Vegas.
When he returned to his apartment from the event, it was claimed that the three suspects approached him after he stopped his car and forced him to the back seat of their car, holding him at gunpoint.
He says court documents,

He claims that teenagers have asked the victim to give them words to reach his financial accounts, which enables them to come out with $ 4 million in cryptocurrency and inappropriate symbols (NFTS).
The three teenagers are accused of leading the victim about an hour from Vigas to White Hills, Arizona, where he claimed that they left the victim after stealing his encryption.
The man walked five miles across the desert to reach a gas station where a friend called him to receive, according to court documents.
Police say they were able to track the suspects by sharpening a possible suspect vehicle traveling from Florida to Nevada, which was also seen around the victim’s apartment.
Court actions against teenagers are continuing.
