Trump Will Combine TradFi and Cryptocurrencies with Regulatory Clarity: Franklin CEO

Jenny Johnson, CEO of Franklin Templeton, believes that the new Trump administration will begin working toward clearer regulations by merging traditional finance and cryptocurrencies.
“I think the thing with the Trump administration is that we’ll start to see them converge more between TradeFi and crypto, which is something we need.” He said Bloomberg in an interview on January 21.
“We need some kind of regulatory clarity so we can bring these things together, because it’s going to fundamentally drive down costs, and there’s great innovation that technology enables,” Johnson added.
