The bank employee is allegedly draining $ 2300,000 of bank accounts in the massive fraud scheme: Report
A former bank employee faces a large number of charges after being accused of lifting millions of dollars from the lender.
Fedrick Jeffries face seven charges of stealing identity, five accusations of computers forgery, and one charge of theft by taking it with $ 2.3 million from the Fifth Bank of Atlanta, Georgia, Fox 5 Atlanta Reports.
Jeffrez was arrested and seized in the province’s prison last week after an investigation began in late October last year when his co -workers were skeptical of him.
Employees suspect that Jeffrez has opened multiple fraudulent examinations and took money from the bank.
Investigators later decided that between May 8 and October 22, Jeffrez opened five frauds and then deposited millions of dollars using forged checks with stolen identities.
According to the investigation, while JeffRies was his transfer, it was claimed that the additional suspects who entered the bank, deposited the fraudulent checks and then reached the online accounts.
The investigation eventually discovered that another employee was running a similar plan in West Palm Beach, Florida in another fifth branch, although the relationship between Jeffrez and the second suspect is unclear.
The amount of money claimed to have been stolen between the planners claims more than $ 2.6 million.
