XRP was deleted in Coinbase: What is the reason?
Coinbase again in Crosshairs Legal – Oregon Dan Rivild, a complaint against encryption exchange, claimed that she sold unregistered securities to the population of the American state without properly examining risky investments to protect consumers.
The state -level lawsuit follows the SEC decision to reject the federal enforcement lawsuit against Coinbase in February, which is part of a broader reflection on encrypted currencies in which many cases of enforcement of digital assets were stopped.
According to the public prosecutor’s office, the states are left to cover the enforcement gap established by the federal authorities that “surrender” and “abandon these important cases.”
Yesterday, the initial news about the surface appeared, as the chief legal official of Coinbase Paul Grewal was informed of the encryption community in a tweet that the Oregon Public Prosecutor was “reviving the dead by submitting the issue of copies of SEC enforcement measures against Coinbase.”
XRP decision has been deleted
In a recent tweet, Coinbase Clo Paul Grewal I mentioned The exchange of encryption has finally put its hands on the complaint of Oregon AG.
Interestingly, there was no mention of Judge Torres’s decision in a rippal suit. In July 2023, Judge Torres spent that XRP “is not necessarily safe on his face”, undermining the SEC argument. The victory was not just a turning point for Ripple but for the entire encryption industry.
Ghroul alluded to the lawsuit, which aims to revive the regulations through the enforcement approach, saying in a preliminary tweet that the AG office made it clear that he was picking up as the former SEC president, Gary Ginsner.
“If there is any doubt about the motive behind this, do not look further than Section 9,” Ghrouwal said, along with a screenshot of a part of the lawsuit that deleted the matter of the judge to grant the appeal of the Supreme Council for National Education; Any mention of Judge Torres’s decision on XRP and “SEC Chairman is called an encryption pressure leader while he was also separated from the re -assignment of the main Gensler lawyer in the Information Technology Department.”
Grewal stated that Coinbase is still confident that he is right to facts and law and prepared to combat the “misleading” lawsuit.
