Tools that aim to simplify work can leave companies stuck in a maze of messages, documents and information panels.
Super.comThe travel and financing platform on which customers can reserve hotels and earn money and bonuses depends on different work area platforms, including Slack, Confluence, and GitLab, to maintain business doctors.
Hussein Fazal, CEO of Super.com, told Business Insider that the movement systems often slow daily tasks. The documents and data groups and the exchange of messages were widespread on platforms, which made it difficult for the team to reach what they need when they needed.
During the Covid-19s, the company decided to switch permanently to remotely, which Fazal said added an additional challenge to retrieve information.
As a result, Super.com needed a central system to access information from all its platforms.
“It is only difficult to capture information, and it may sometimes be difficult to obtain information,” he said.
Super.com decided to build a center for its employees to reach from home. In 2022, the company cooperated with Glean, AI Startup in Palo Alto, California, to create a search platform that pulls information from across Super.comProgram programs.

Custom search tool
Search Enterprise is a program that allows users to search for information across various basic systems and databases. GLAN uses the podium of arrangement and gym artificial intelligence to facilitate users to find what they are looking for.

To fix this, Glean designed a layer of data governance on the search platform, ensuring strict access permissions. Fazal said that Super.com has not faced any problem with the GLAN search tool that gives people information that they should not be allowed to see.
Yahwsua added that while everyone knows how to search in Google, not everyone knows how to write a good AI’s router. Glean also launched a quick library for Super.com, which she said helped educate people about how to use the tool.
Vasal said that he uses the platform several times a day. He added that a survey of the internal company found that the search platform had provided employees on average 20 minutes a day, adding up to more than 1500 hours that are provided every month through the team. The employee survey also found a 20 % decrease at the time of operation on the enjoyment of new appointments.
The following steps for artificial intelligence agents
Since their first partnership, in 2022, Super.com and Glean added features to the platform. For example, the compact Generative-E tool in the arterial system helps email messages and set task priorities using the company’s actual time data.
For example, if the employee asks, “What are the 10 most important things that I should work on now?” Artificial Intelligence Assistant will use Slack and Google Docs to give an answer to this employee.
In the future, Vasal hopes to integrate artificial intelligence agents into the platform. He said that the next step after pushing artificial intelligence to create a list of tasks is to obtain Amnesty International’s agent to go to do these things. For example, artificial intelligence assistant may suggest an arrangement of a meeting as a task. The agent then formulates emails and reserves a meeting room to help complete this task.
“We are excited to test and implement it as soon as they are ready,” he said.
