Tell us about your startup
KD Squares is a consulting company for technology and automated operation committed to providing African youth with digital skills and thinking about the systems needed to flourish in the global economy today. While our training programs enable the next generation of systems engineers without a symbol, Arm Consulting Partners with startups, agencies and companies to simplify operations, automate workflow and expand faster. This allows our customers to re -direct their focus towards more important aspects than their business.
Tell us how to change the start of the world
We solve two main problems at the same time: digital unemployment in Africa and the operational efficiency of companies. Through our training programs, we create a new category of African technical talents in automation, integration of systems, and non -code tools. On the advisory side, we enter into companies and transform how they work – automating frequent tasks, clean their systems, and help the difference to restore time and size without chaos. Either way, we use technology to cancel human capabilities and business growth.
What distinguishes you from competition?
We are not just another training academy or just another agency. We do both, and this synergy is our edge. Our systems engineers are not only trained by us but are published in real customer projects. We have helped Canadian -based marketing agencies and sales agencies to rebuild their back interface systems using Gohightvel, Artable, Make.com and more. Our ability to teach, build and delivery at the same time is what makes KD boxes a company that defines the category.
What does it mean to win this title?
It is a strong verification of what we build. This title is not only for us – he belongs to every young African who dares to believe that they can storm technology, and every founder helped us expand automation, and every team member was part of the trip. It is fuel for the next stage of our mission – and reminds that we have just started.
What do you like in your team, and why are you the person who will be published in this task?
Our team consists of people who lived in the problems it solve. Many of us learn technical skills while moving in energy cuts, limited internet, and regular barriers – but we did not stop there. From the strategy of operations to automation engineers to creators in training courses, everyone in KD boxes obsessed with influence and excellence. We boost innovation through the weekly Retros, the open -feedback culture, and joint hunger to build truly solutions.
If we look back, what is the biggest turning point to start your operating?
The turning point was when we started consulting for global agencies, which discovered that our engineers could not only learn, but also to provide real systems that affect revenues. One of our early victories was the automation of the full sales of the Canadian Agency – where they presented their official work and increased the accuracy of the conversion. What is the valuable lesson you learned this year that you transfer to other startups?
The largest lesson for 2024? Building systems before expansion. We have learned this directly-from the administration of internal operations to presenting the customer’s business, clear and well-made systems that saved us from bottlenecks. Whether it’s on board, salary statements, or lead tracking, if more than twice happens, make it up.
How do you imagine that your industry is developing in the coming years, and how will the start starting in the front remain?
The future is moved by systems. Companies will continue to rely on automation of non -symbol and automation of artificial intelligence to reduce costs, increase speed and survival. We see that African talents become the backbone of this movement-providing high-quality automation experience for companies all over the world. KD boxes will remain in the foreground by practical survival: talent training constantly, solving automation challenges in the real world, and staying connected to the emerging technical trends.
How do you or your company intend to adopt the responsibility of this title in 2025?
This recognition is more than just a badge – it is an invitation to lead with the purpose. In 2025, we intend to use this basic system to inflate our mission and deepen our impact. We will also use the momentum to form new partnerships with global agencies, not only to put talents – but to convert how to operate companies via the most intelligent automation.

How did the recent technical changes and global events affect the start of operation and industry?
The pace of change in 2024 was unable – new tools of artificial intelligence, changing economies, and changing the customer’s needs. But she worked for our benefit. Companies now realize that lean and mechanism teams outperform the enlarged teams, and our services are more demanding. We embraced artificial intelligence in our curriculum and in customer systems, helping brands to become more flexible and our students are more resistant in the future.
