Kraken regains services in the United States after a two -year stop
Kraken was one of many encryption companies targeted by the Securities and Stock Exchange Committee under the leadership of former President Gary Ginserner.
Crypto Exchang Kraken has resumed the services of US customers for the first time in nearly two years. Customers’ ability to participate has been stopped since 2023, when the Stock Exchange reached a settlement of millions of dollars with the Securities and Exchange Committee for services.
Customers will now be able in 37 US states access The exciting services of 17 digital assets, including ETHER (ETH), Sol (Sol) and Cardano’s Ada (ADA).
Kraken was among the first encryption exchanges to provide Stokeing services to customers, which began to provide in 2019. The stock exchange agreed to stop providing services in February 2023 as part of a $ 30 million settlement with SEC.
