I hit a “application” 142 times – and I heard again twice

Last spring, I spent more nights in LinkedIn more than Netflix. Even one role drag me through Four rounds of interviewsBefore fully installed.

\ In one way or another, the tape continues to rise – the reference? Video introduction? Home duty project? – We are still said to us “Just follow up.” After the 30 -hour week is called “full -time employment”, it rarely left the energy to hunt emails for employment, not to mention writing something thoughtful.

\ Then, I built myself to myself.

The idea in simple English

One click = one polite follow -up.

  • Click a small button in Chrome immediately after sending a request.
  • The extension holds the company’s name and role.
  • Behind the curtain, it describes a short email and tries to find a real recruitment address.
  • If you find one, it is sent; If not, it gives me a draft copy.

\ No tabs, no drilling through Google, do not wonder what you say.

What I already did (an unprecedented edition)

  1. Googled “How to make chrome extension.” Copy beginners template, switch symbols, and add a text box for my Webhook link.

    \

  2. A drug addict to Make.com. Think of Make as LEGO Colls for the Internet – drop this, drop it, tell her, “When you see X, do Y.”

    \

  3. Request Chatgpt Email. Call: “In 120 words or less, polite, mention the job title, and express real attention.”

    \

  4. The recruitment information was withdrawn from Apollo. Free layer – the best thing for a student’s budget.

    \

  5. I tested on myself. I worked.

Why do you care about continuing anyway?

  • Silence ≠ Rejection. Recruitment recruitment through hundreds of applications; Ping is polite helps them remember you.
  • It appears care. If two candidates appear to be equal on paper, then the person who usually continues wins.
  • It builds a real contact list. Even if you do not land this role, you now know a human being in that company.

Honest lessons (so far)

  • Friction kills good intentions. If I have to copy anything, I will postpone it until “tomorrow”, which never comes.
  • Side projects are treatment. Shipping something-even half baked-is better than updating my own in inventive box for a hundred time.

What after (after I hold my breath)

  • User interface cleaning, there are no setup screens (My friends will never stick a web, and I can’t blame them.)
  • An internal training switch for a full -time tone. The same click, a little different sound.
  • Open source as soon as it is not embarrassing. I will publish the ribo before the autumn of employment successes.
