The new brand for luxury four -wheel drive cars takes on Range Rover, Lexus and Training in Australia
- The China Premium Suv Challenger-supported by Chery, Jaeco, strikes Aussie Roads with J7, as the design inspired by Europe and features without the price of the euro.
- Jaecoo compounds that were built only for Australia are not designed, and Jaecoo vehicles are not domesticated to Australian roads and tastes, with the suspension, guidance and safety system that has been explicitly seized for our circumstances.
- More than one time-with J8 and more models, Jaecoo is not here to test water-it’s a long-term batch to shake the crowded SUV market in Australia.
The Australian SUV market is about to become more interesting with the arrival of JaeCoo, the excellent offer from Chery Automotive Powerhouse Chery.
Although you may not have heard the name yet, this ambitious new expatriate has a material to make waves within the newly disturbed car market.
With the first model of the company, J7, officially offered for sale, we have recruited Peter Mattikin, CEO of Chere for software management and vehicle concepts, for a crashing course in Jaecoo.
J7 is the above pieces

Jaecoo represents the Auto Giant Chery batch in the excellent lifestyle space. He also told Matkin Dmarge.com, it is a brand aimed at “new elites – the middle administration is a little more – looking to increase its height.”
In the Chery brand hierarchy, Jaecoo sits near the top of what Matkin describes as a pyramid: “Our Chery is at the bottom, then omoda, then we have Jaecoo, then at the top of this pyramid we have exceeded, which is our luxurious brand.”
EXEED is, at the present time, it is not continuing below. Instead, Jaecoo aims to provide distinct features, design and experience in driving without an excellent price sign that usually comes with European badges.

JaCoo is designed for Australia

Unlike some of the previous participants who stumbled by bringing vehicles that are not suitable for local tastes and conditions, Jaecoo takes the Australian market seriously with large local adaptation efforts.
“Adaptation is very important,” Matin admits. Traditionally, we at Chery were very fortunate in some of the markets that we exported to cars. We have been able to translate the current specifications of China into those markets and work … but in some markets [like Australia] Do not work and you have to do some adaptation work. “
This commitment extends beyond the mere marketing conversation. Chere has invested in a European research and development center in Frankfurt with 70 engineers working to adapt vehicles to various markets and road conditions.
Maticin also explains, “If you go to Germany, the roads are nice and smooth, and a lot of money you spend, it is rich enough. In Spain and Italy, [there are] More harsh ways. Then if you arrive in Eastern Europe, these roads are not preserved for 30 years. “
Matkin says, this experience is now applied in vehicle adaptation to the various conditions in Europe to the Australian market models, with a focus on the calibration, guidance and safety calibration.
Fast response to comments

One of the main features of the parents in JaeCoo is the ability to quickly implement changes.
“One of the main features is that we are very fast,” said Maticin. “Once we get negative reactions, we have a full range of engineers who are now working on this.”
This approach has already paid profits according to Tim Crager from Sherry Australia, who notes that every vehicle they brought to the market has improved in the past. The team currently includes about 30 engineers from the headquarters who work with the Australian team to ensure that their cars meet local expectations.
More than wonder one blow

J7 was released in March and sold in May, and it is the first time in the Australian Jaecoo. But it is just the beginning.
“Jaecoo will not be a single wonder,” Crager asserts. “There is a full range of products that will be provided to us over the next few years.”
The largest J8 Suv is scheduled to arrive in June, with “two other models we will see before the end of the year,” says Crager.
“We are not in any of this in the short term,” Matin insists. “All we do in the long run. It is just a continuous increase in products on the market, and it is the same here.”
Jaecoo is a brand worth seeing
For those who are tired of the same old options, JaCOO is really interesting – a new player with serious support, outstanding aspirations, and commitment to understanding what Australian drivers really want.
With the support of Sherry-the first source of cars in China for 21 consecutive-concentrating with an unlimited necessity for eight years, Jaecoo only does not dip the toe in the Australian market.
As the car scene continues to develop in evolution, Jaecoo is a name worth monitoring. The new J7 is just the beginning of what could be an important new presence on Australian roads.
