Filing a lawsuit against Bank of America due to the brief customer leaders, with credit card tactics “bait and switch”

A group of Bank of America’s clients joins the US financial giant.

A proposed collective lawsuit Allegedly Bofa promised to deliver a set of reward points to new credit card customers, as long as they spent $ 3000 in 90 days.

But according to the prosecutor, Jean -Babetst Boir Gomez, the bank has been routinely changed from customers who subscribed to Air France Klm World Elite MasterCard.

Bofa promised 70,000 miles bonus and 40 experiences when customers meet the requirements.

Instead, it was claimed that the bank carried out “bait and switch” by applying a different promotional offer without a suitable notice, as it delivered more than 50,000 miles bonus and 60 experiences with a lower spending threshold.

The difference in value between the two offers is estimated at at least $ 200.

Although Bofa has not yet responded to the accusations, the lawsuit says that Bouer Gomez sent a message to the bank in detail what happened, and obtained a response from the lender who denied committing any violations.

The lawsuit seeks to obtain compensation, flowers, and restraint relief, and class certificate to address the alleged deceptive practices of the Bank of America.
