Ann apps in the store and online order were created using Levelup (customer sharing and pushing mobile devices) as a back interface. However, the Levelup has been stopped, so our customer needs to transfer the current user data and the order system to Paytronix (the cloud -based customer experience management platform for restaurants and shops).

Here are the 6 most important challenges they face during the implementation of this transition.

1. Store information:

Paytronix, the latest platform, fail to provide detailed information related to the store compared to the back interface of the old tool. To keep consistency with the user experience, regardless of the transition, we had to find a way to ensure users continued to receive the same amount and quality of detailed information.

2. User experience:

One of the decisive challenges is to ensure that all features on Paytronix are working specifically as it did with Levelup, especially for request systems inside the store, which is primarily the user experience (for employees and customers).

3. Credit Cards Management:

Added a credit card to a wallet and sponsored automatically was important payment features included in the Levelup. Therefore, we had to find ways to repeat it with Paytronix.

4. Applications for requests:

Levelup has offered wide options to customize the request by allowing customers to choose from the different layer such as Tapioca, Pudding, Nata Jelly, Red Beans and more. This function itself was complicated to include it with Paytronix.

5. Paytronix:

One of the biggest challenges was the understanding of the Paytronix operating scene. To successfully deport, we needed to understand the rules of application programming facades and different symbol rules. Only then we can match the behavior of the features/functions provided by Levelup.

We started with “Sprint Zero”, a planning stage, before starting active development. At this stage, we are devoted to programmers to work on the same code (also known as husband’s programming) to gain clarity on the original code of the application, and how it works.

Programmers have also reviewed different Paytronix applications to help reduce this transition. This approach helped us to maneuver immigration challenges.

After a comprehensive analysis, we decided a solution of two parts and suggested that they work both to work to meet the deadline.

Stage 1: First, we merged the Paytronix PayTronix request online online to keep the online order experience sound.

If the development of the original application proves a challenge and takes a long time, our customer can spread this solution to avoid stopping and disturbances.

Communication and cooperation

To deliver the project on the specified date, we have published a team of five members of 3 developers from the original React, one QA engineer, and the director of one technical project. Our primary communication source was the technical lead in Buba tea at the same.

The total schedule of the project was 3.5 months. Every Tuesday, we made a weekly call to discuss progress, doubts and other updates.
