The Bancor arm, BPRotocol, and Localcoin Ltd. A lawsuit against UISWAP. The legal complaint was submitted to the American District Court for the southern region of New York.
According to the deposit, the UniSWAP LABS and the institution are accused of using the Bancor technology for automatic products for automatic products (CPAMM) without permission. Bancor claims that technology was invented in 2016 and is essential in how decentralized stock exchanges work without central orders.
The developers behind Bankor stated that they had submitted an American temporary patent request in January 2017.
