Delawir lawmakers are now a draft law that seeks to preserve the state as a major location for companies by changing the structure of the corporate law. The draft law, which was approved by the Senate unanimously on Thursday, will change how deals are dealt with between the leaders of companies and the main shareholders in Delaware.
The House of Representatives in Dilayer will take the following draft law, and if the lower room passes, it will go to the governor of Democrat Matt Mayer, who supports this procedure. Mayer spoke to Business Insider in February about the state’s brand threats.
“The truth is that Dilayer is the best site in the world for a company to integrate, thanks to our legal experience dating back to 1792. But let’s be clear: If any delayer entity leaves, we will work to strengthen them,” the ruler, who took office in January, told BI.
The majority of the Democratic Senate, Brian Townsin, told Dilayer’s public media that the changes do not aim to influence musk for return, but to ensure that companies that are considering leaving the state are not.
“We do not want there to be any handrails – this is what other countries may offer,” said Townsenand. “We want important handles, but it must be expected, consistent and practical in terms of all kinds of transactions in which companies enter.”
Although the draft law will not be retroactively, which means that it will not affect the procedures that involve Musk, the continuous situation of a CEO of Tesla can have significant effects on moving forward in the DEAWARE climate.
