Dell orders all employees to return to the office 5 days a week: Read the memo

In an email sent on Friday morning, CEO Michael Dell said that from the company expected that all employees who live within an hour of offices in their offices will be five days a week.
“Starting March 3, all members of the hybrid and long -standing team who live near the Dell office in the office will work for five days a week. We are retreating in the effective hybrid policy that day,” the CEO, which is valued at $ 117 billion, will work, the employees said.

BI understands that DELL leaders will be able to request exemptions for their team members.
