Crypto CZAR DAVID SACKS says that clear rules of the road can be specified for digital assets within six months
Crypto Czar David Sacks at the White House says the Trump administration may provide an organizational clarity of digital assets within six months.
In a new discussion about comprehensive podcasts, Sacks says that the main thing for us to consider it when it comes to Crypto is the market structure, or identifying the various assets within the ecosystem of digital assets so that the founders can build with more clarity.
It is called “market structure”. What are the definitions? Because digital origins can be many things.
Some digital assets are encrypted currencies, they are actually currencies. Then there are things that are encrypted securities, then there are things that are goods. Bitcoin is actually organized as a commodity currently. Then you have things that are not securities or commodities, they are like holdings, NFTS (unhappy symbols), things like this.
Therefore, there are all these different groups and one of the things that the market needs is merely clarity about the definitions so that the founders know what the rules of the road and they can actually comply with them.
So, they gave them these definitions and described how the encryption project can start, for example, as a guarantee, and in the end the protocol can become uncontrolled enough as it becomes a commodity – that entire idea, which is called the market structure … “
Sachs say that, through the Republican control of the House of Representatives, legislators are now more likely to create fixed encryption regulations that can be committed, unlike previous bills that had no significant impact.
“I think there is a very good opportunity because we can accomplish this in the next six months.”
