The difference between meal service in business and car

to update

  • In 2022, the business degree went on a New Zealand flight from Los Angeles to Auckland.
  • A year later, I made a 12 -hour trip from Denver to Tokyo, where I sat in the economy cabin in United.
  • The two flights were, of course, completely different, with meals that distinguish flights more than others.

I already had a cup of champagne in my hands before the economy passengers reached their seats.

If this is the way my first journey will start from the business category, I learned that I was in treatment.

I was traveling with Air New Zeland from Los Angeles, California, to Auckland, New Zealand, and a long flight means aircraft meals-something you are keen to try in business degree. From thin seafood to chocolate tart, the meal faced the most violent of my dreams.

Six months later, I took a long economic flight from Denver to Tokyo on United Airlines, where she ate food such as cutting vegetables and a liaison definition from the milk strip from a tray.

While traveling on a different airline, the experiment showed me how eating can vary greatly between the economy and the business class.

Before thinking about food, meal service in both Air New Zealand and Economy Capital in United began with a drink.

In business degree, I had what I felt unlimited. The options included wine, beer, champagne, soda and various alcoholic drinks.

In United’s economy, the options were limited. Wine, beer and soda were free, but the jinn, activist, or any other alcoholic drink came at a cost.

The options on New Zealand flight were descriptive. I can choose between the slow cooked beef with simple, orange, and lemons, or “cod in Alaska with saffron sauce”.

In the economy, there were two options: “chicken” or “straight vegetables”. I wondered about vegetables, what kind of chicken, and what will reach my dish.

But there was no time to ask questions. Instead, the vegetables were blindly picked up, and a tray of food was handed over.

Meanwhile, at the degree of business, the meal was an experiment. Before presenting my first path, placing a flying host of a napkin of fabric, salt, pepper, silver utensils and individual olive oil on my table.

The first thing I ate is bread. The flight attendant came to three types: fermented dough, garlic and olives. Of course, I tried one of each.

I also had bread on my country’s economy tray. While the bread was almost new as the fermented dough in the degree of business, a group of butter added a flavor.

For the main period of the economy, I have determined that the movement of a seven types of vegetables has moved. Although it was not as good as COD, I easily devoured the entire pasta box.

It was the best part of both meals, it can be said, dessert. In business, I had a rich chocolate tart served with strawberry appetizers.

Outside food, other details distinguish meal service. In business, the table tools were metal, the napkins were fabric, and the ceramic panels were. I felt like a good food.

Of course, if you are sitting in the business degree in United heading to Tokyo, you would have got many of the same privileges that I made on the air in New Zealand.
