Canary Capital First Us Spot Cro Etf with Crypto.com as a guard

The American Securities and Exchange Committee (“SEC”) was presented to a statement of the S-1 registration from the Canary Capital Group LLC (“Canary Capital”), an investment company specialized in digital assets, for the first CRO ETF in the United States. The goal of the proposed fund in the general trading is to provide direct exposure to US investors to CRO, the original code of CRONOS. The guard and liquidity provider in the box will be Crypto.com.
