No central communications benefit small companies and communications companies – Web3 Exec

The decentralized communication networks of small companies and communications companies alike, according to Frank Mong, the CEO of Operations (COO) at Nova Labs, the founding team behind the decentralized decentralized infrastructure network.

In an interview with Cointelegraph in consensus 2025 in Toronto, Canada, Mong said that small companies including bars, restaurants, shops and other local operators can generate revenues by hosting the wireless hotspots and covering the expanded network.

Large communications companies and service providers can also take advantage of a dimension of the helium network to reduce operating costs and expand network coverage in dead areas.

The CEO added: “It costs about 300,000 dollars for telecommunications company, one tower. You need one for each bloc to work effectively.”

“Instead of doing this and making the phone plans more expensive, what if anyone with a Wi-Fi network is useful for that Wi-Fi and allows, not only to use them safely, but large companies such as AT & T are allowed to see the remote measurement for that network.”

Decentralized physical infrastructure networks are still an example of how Blockchain technologies provide value in the real world and make the current infrastructure more flexible in interruptions, turmoil, control and decisive failure.
