Beyond Oil Expands into Australia with 5-Year T&J Oil Distribution Agreement Valued at Approximately $4.9M* – Beyond Oil (OTC:BEOLF)

VANCOUVER, British Columbia and Kibbutz Yifat, Israel, Jan. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Beyond Oil Ltd. (CSE: boiling) (OTKCP: Beowulf) (Frankfurt: UH9) (“Beyond oil“or”a company(“), an innovative food technology company dedicated to reducing the health risks associated with fried foods while lowering operating costs, reducing waste and promoting sustainability, is pleased to announce the signing of a distribution agreement with T&J Oil Pty Ltd. (“T&G oil“), headquartered in Perth, Australia. The agreement is for a five-year term and represents Beyond Oil’s entry into the Australian market and includes the granting of exclusivity to T&J Oil, subject to T&J Oil meeting its annual minimum purchase quantity commitments, for specific restaurant segments in Australia.

Under the terms of the agreement, which became effective on January 22, 2025, T&J Oil will act as a distributor of Beyond Oil’s oil processing products to non-chain restaurants and local chains that do not use filtration machines throughout Australia. The partnership is expected to help restaurants extend the life of their oil, improve food quality and reduce waste, in line with Australia’s push towards more sustainable practices in the foodservice industry.

The agreement includes a minimum total purchase commitment of $4,947,600 over the five-year period.*. For the first year of the agreement, T&J Oil has committed to purchasing a minimum of $243,600 worth of Beyond Oil products, with a significantly increased minimum subsequent commitment for the following four years. On top of the minimum commitments, the agreement also includes an annual license fee of up to a total of A$100,000 per year.

Additionally, as part of the agreement, Beyond Oil will provide certified training courses, with T&J Oil establishing a dedicated training center to support regional customers in improving their use of the Beyond Oil product.
