Argentina finishing touches on bases for virtual assets providers

The Securities Regulatory in Argentina has terminated rules for virtual asset service providers (VASPS), which cover general symbols of behavior requirements and custody requirements to exchange cryptocurrency and other platforms that facilitate digital asset transactions.

The regulations were published on March 13 by the National Securities Committee, also known as CNV, under General Resolution No. 1058.
