American officials deceive the imports of bitcoin mining devices: Report

Bitcoin mining devices are facing increasing auditing from US officials. Latest seizures at entry points to a broader enforcement boost can affect both manufacturers and major workers.

At the request of the Federal Communications Committee (FCC), Customs and Protection of the American Border (CBP) seizes ASics from Bitco Mining ASIC in entry ports throughout the country.

According to CBP documents Review According to Blockspace and Insider sources, the agency has also begun to detain mining equipment from Microbt and Canaan. CBP has intensified its enforcement efforts, and expanded in the detention of miners at Antminer S21 and T21 last year, which was reported to have been detained by artificial intelligence chips from Sophgo now restricted.

Now, the CBP seems to have expanded its scope to include Microbt and Canaan ASics, and for the first time, it has also confiscated the point point units since the beginning of these procedures in the past fall.

CBP letter stated that miners “were seized and subject to confiscation” under US legal law USC 1595A (C) (2) (a). It includes restrictions on unauthorized communication equipment, radio frequency devices that cause overlap, and devices that lack FCC approval or compliance.

With the expansion of the detainees, the SYNTEQ digital founder and CEO, Taras Colic, stated that almost all ASIC manufacturers suffer from customs clearance problems. One of the sources confirmed that many customers have devices seized in new ports that exceed Detroit and San Francisco, and another company is now seeking legal partners to fight seizures.

The latest campaign of campaign to push the Trump administration to return the major silicon -based industries to the United States may be linked to the United States. Given the bitcoin mining scale and its dependence on silicon, this effort is in line with Trump’s goal of supporting local miners to extract the remaining 1.042 million bitcoin.
