Chic Chic signs the use of a memorandum of understanding with Kyrgyzstan to develop an encryption system and Blockchain

Binance Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Investment Agency in the Kyrgyz Republic (NIA). The main goal behind the latest strategic partnership is to develop the ecosystem of cryptocurrency and the overall system in the country.

The agreement, which was announced on April 3 by the President of Kyrgyz Chaparov, defines plans for cooperation in organizational consultations, infrastructure development, and education initiatives.

Support efforts to encrypt Kyrgyz

According to the official statementThe partnership will focus on promoting technological infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan, improving digital asset security, supporting the training of local specialists in Blockchain, cybersecurity, and virtual asset management.

CZ confirmed the partnership in a mail On X, noting that many governments – formally and informal – advise on Blockchain frameworks and their potential applications outside trading.

“I officially recommend and unofficial some governments on encryption frameworks and Blockchain solutions for government efficiency, and expand Blockchain to more than trading. I find this work with great meaning.”

Meanwhile, NIA operates under the leadership of the President of Kyrgyzstan and is responsible for attracting foreign investment and supporting international companies. Officials said that cooperation with the former Binance President aims to put Kyrgyzstan as an aspiration and potential leadership economy in Blockchain in Central Asia.

Chaparov said this initiative opens “new horizons” to develop digital technologies and will contribute to the sustainable growth of the Kyrgyz economy.

The role of CZ

The Ministry of Labor includes provisions for technical support, professional consulting services, and the launch of educational programs to raise awareness and experience in the areas related to brockeen. With the continued development of the global digital scene, the Kyrgyz authorities put the country to participate more active in the digital economy and attract emerging technical investments.
