SEC closes the investigation of Robinhood without following the implementation procedure
The best securities organizer in the United States drops its investigations into the pioneering Robinhood app in retail trading.
According to a new advertisement From Robinhood, the US Securities and Stock Exchange Committee (SEC) is dropping the investigation of the trading application less than a year after sending Wales notice to the company.
SEC Robinhood sent Wales notice, an official warning to investigate, in May last year despite the allegations of Robinhood CEO Vlad Tinif that the company met the organizer more than 15 times “in good faith.”
“We have tried to create the so -called” mediator of the special purpose “for the purpose of dealing with the assets of encryption. We have already come with good intention to meet the Supreme Education Council. I think we met with them 16 times, and unfortunately, this has not been exchanged.”
Now, with a decrease in drawings, Robinhood calls for SEC to organize with regulations instead of enforcement procedures.
Dan Gallagher, chief staff of legal affairs and compliance with Robenol Affairs, says, based on SEC’s decision to rid the charges,
“We are witnessing the decision of the employees to close this investigation without any procedure.
Let me be clear – this investigation should not have been opened. Robinhood Crypto always has federal securities laws and never allows securities transactions. As we explained to SEC, any case against Robinhood Crypto would have failed. We appreciate the official closure of this investigation, and we are happy to see a return to the rule of law and a commitment to fairness in the Supreme Education Council. “
