Altman said in a post on Saturday that Chatgpt 4O is “very good” and it “will improve soon.” He re -tweeting the posts that complement the writing skills in Chatbot as “incredibly good” and “human being like”.
The GPT-4O (with “O” that symbolizes omni) was initially released in May and users liked its ability to deal with text, sound and pictures as inputs and outputs.
Openai recently described the “Smarter model” of GPT 4O, which provides “more convenient, current and accurate responses in the context, especially for questions that involve cultural and social trends.”
It was not immediately clear whether Altman indicated a new Chaatgpt 4O update or the update set by the company on January 29. Openai did not immediately respond to the comment.
Altman’s comments about GPT 4O search potential came during a Cuteer exchange with Aravind Srinivas, founder and CEO of Perplexity, which is AI that focuses on search.
Srinivas, who was previously working in Openai, answered the Altman Publication about the GPT 4O update, saying: “Sorry, what is the update?”
Altman replied that “among many other things, it is the best web search producer” and suggested Srinivas “check this.”
Serenivas replied that his company had just released a deep research agent.
In Altman’s response, tell Srinivas “continuing to cook there”, and it is “proud”.
The search market share in Chatgpt has increased from June to November 2024, challenging Google’s dominance in the profitable space, According to the ISI ISI research.
