Blanemaker Boom makes Sonic Boom Breakthrough, gets Elon Musk’s support
- Boom Supersonic has announced that it can fly faster than the speed of sound without a sound mutation.
- Elon Musk supported the CEO of organizational changes to allow the fastest sound of sound on the ground.
- The change in regulations can help the Colorado -based Planeemaker maker to attract more airlines customers.
Commercial flights have taken faster than the speed of sound another step closer to reality.
Boom Supersonic announced on Monday that its flight can fly over Mach 1 without producing an audio mutation from the ground.
Since Concorde can only fly on the fastest sound of sound, this discovery may lead to a change in aviation laws and allowing the fastest local commercial trips than the first time.
Current regulations prevent planes from faster flying on the ground due to the danger of sound prosperity that disturbs people and may harm buildings.
However, Bok School, CEO of Boom, hopes that the company’s technology – which is called Boomless Cruise – will change this.
Elon Musk also expressed his support, and in response to Shul on X: “This administration will get rid of all the unimaginable regulations, such as this.”

Boomless cruises is possible thanks to the term physics called Mach Cutoff.
If the sound barrier is broken at high enough, the sound waves can revolve mainly in the atmosphere before reaching the Earth.
Boom Flight Flight Flight Flight achieved last month when the initial model of XB-1 Mach reached 1.12 while flying over the Mojave desert.
The company said that it placed the microphones on the ground along the journey course to confirm that the sound Booms did not reach the ground.
Schul said he benefits from the technology that was not available in the Konkord era, which started commercial service in 1976.
“Amazing cruises require strong engines enough to break the sound barrier at a high level enough so that the mutation has enough height to U-U-or”, written on X. “And the weather in actual time and strong algorithms to predict the prevalence specifically.”
The endless cruises work by cutting Mach.
As a matter
Boom decided to build its own engine, called Symphony, after the main manufacturers’ refusal to help. Previously he had a contract with Rolls-Royce before the latter decided that he did not want to set the fastest journey priorities.
Shul said that if the regulations change, the Boom’s OverTure Airture can make American flights from the coast to the coast faster 90 minutes.
However, he added that Boomless cruises can only work between Mach 1.1 and 1.3 – below the maximum speed of Mach 1.7.
However, the latest boom in Boom can bring the fastest journey to be a practical choice for more airlines.
Upon start -up, Colorado is based on a 130 -header, with customers including US Airlines and United Airlines.
