Ted Cruz: People must take “comfort” in musk who work with FAA
- Elon Musk and Doge plans to make “safety promotions” for the country’s air traffic control system.
- Senator Ted Cruz, who chairs the committee that oversees FAA, is on board.
- “I can’t think of anyone better to help upgrade technology to maintain people’s safety,” Cruz told BI.
Senator Ted Cruz is lagging behind Elon Musk and Doug’s plans to make promotions to the sprawling air traffic control system in the country.
“For some reason, Democrats and their media employees decided that Elon Musk is the devil,” the Republican in Texas told Capitol on Thursday. “He is an unusual entrepreneur, and I cannot think of anyone better to help upgrade technology to maintain people’s safety.”
In addition to the Transport Minister Sean Dofi, Musk announced the plans on Wednesday, where the billionaire businessman said that he and the Doug team “aim to conduct rapid safety promotions to the air traffic control system.”
The White House provided a few details after that, and Cruz indicated that he had no more information after the public announcement on Wednesday.
Sinator Texas said it is confident in dealing with musk.
Cruz said: “We have one of the world’s technology executives with access to unusual engineering talents who can provide his experience of how to produce air traffic control technology from the fifties to the twenty -first century,” adding later: “The extraordinary accuracy that runs Spacex and every other company It leads it to give us a real comfort in its ability to move in complex technologies.
Cruz evaluation is not shared by everyone.
Democrat Greg Kassar, also from Texas, told reporters at an “Elon Musk” press conference on Thursday that Musk’s movements in X – which suffered from multiple interruptions with the CEO of Tesla – should be given everyone.
“Elon Musk is disrupted and broken everything he bought. It is believed that he can buy our government. We cannot allow him to break down and break the air traffic control system,” Kassar said. “It is not a big problem if your application does not open one day. It is a really big deal if the Americans do not know whether their air safety is protected or not.”
Many of the technology of the current air traffic control system, and the crash of the deadly plane near Washington, DC, was placed last week the tense system under the microscope.
Cruz told reporters that “the important restrictions on helicopter traffic in and around” Rigan National Airport may be justified, given that the accident was caused by a collision with a plane of the Blackkook helicopter, “Cruz told reporters.
