Things I wish I knew when I started practicing yoga 25 years ago; advice

  • I was doing yoga for 25 years, and at that time, I learned a lot about this practice.
  • In the twenties of my age, yoga did for weight loss and I could not have the benefits of mental health.
  • There are many different shapes and types of yoga, so look for those that suit your body.

I started taking yoga lessons more than 20 years ago to work on the past few pounds from my first child.

At that time, it was all about weight loss, absolute value, and comparing myself to others. However, this child is now 25 years old, and still is a more wise and more wisdom version of myself – for various reasons.

Here are some of the biggest lessons that I learned and that it was good to know that when yoga started for the first time.
