Sunil Cavouri urges users to create backup copies
Sunil has also tweeted all the information that needed backup copies. In a tweet, urged users to log in to the FTX claim portal and register a video of their holdings, here one must make sure that the name of the pregnant woman and the customer identifier are visible in the upper right corner of the page. Also take a screenshot covering all these details. Creditors are urged to ensure that these details and files are saved in a safe location.

After a few minutes of posted it on X, one of the users asked Kavuri, if this is necessary because the claim information was already sent to creditors through emails in the PDF form. Kafoury then confirmed this, but stressed that the claim guide is necessary. Users can have additional records of their claim details to prevent future complications if the gate is canceled.
Why is this important for FTX creditors?
This information is important for affected users and these creditors will help verify and track their claims. If the user loses access without any backup copy of the information, it may create difficulties in proving the creditor’s condition. Although official documents have been sent via e -mail, direct access to individual portal information guarantees the ease of increased security and verification.
As bankruptcy procedures continue, creditors are advised to take all the necessary steps and remain proactive and they should act immediately to secure their data before any possible changes affect their access to the gate.
