Christine Bell routine: snacks and microwave dinner
Christine Bell knows how difficult the exercise is in a crowded table.
During our magnification call, we realize that we miss the usual exercises to conduct this interview – that it is Monday evening in the United Kingdom for me and morning in Los Angeles. But we agree that we will make some dumbbells while cooking later. Snack exercise, if you will.

The entire family wakes up at seven in the morning, I was a long -standing supporter not to wake up before seven o’clock. This depends, but I love it when our family eats white, for protein and fat. We are also an adult oat lover but I try to slip in some protein powder. Girls eat pimples, and it is not my favorite, but I am not here to be very strict and the grains are very fun. Sometimes I do high protein pies.

Are they eating difficult to satisfy them or just medium children?
Are not these things the same?
They are difficult to satisfy, but we are talking a lot about health and nutrition and how food affects our bodies and minds. I don’t tell them that they cannot get cakes, but I tell them to notice what they feel after 30 minutes.
I am a great admirer of cruel love with my children and sometimes I must say: “We don’t always eat for fun. Sometimes we eat because we know that this is what our bodies need.”

But the reality for any parents is that they will ask for something sweet and you can either fight with them all night or you can give them Plezi and feel like a treatment.

My husband started working a lot during Covid-19, and because I am very competitive, I follow everything he does.

For a long time, I have done specially designed for women like Pilates. I enjoy these things, but I have already made my step and may have got the best body ever in 44 years – not only in form but also strength, endurance and ability – when I started heavy lifting.
My husband was very running a lot to build a quadruple force. Over the past two weeks, it has turned to the observatory, a huge hill, every day.
I didn’t think I could deal with it, so I started hill in our area, which is still enormous. Over the past five days, I was on a bike of my daughter’s path to ride bicycles for 15 minutes.
Racing hard biking is really difficult.
It is very difficult. I am very active, but I never need you with only one exercise because I love to challenge myself. There will be six weeks where I move every day, and the moment I feel somewhat comfortable, I will switch.
I have no hours to keep her fit. I am desperate to fit, for example, this 15 -minute course, but if it will work to fill my daily, I will reach it later.
Keep a set of 10 or 15 lbs under the furniture, so when I cook dinner, if I haven’t worked on that day, I will do a set of head curls or shoulder presses while something escalates on the stove. Sometimes my exercises are cut on my daily in sectors for a minute and a half.
This is something – it is called snacks.
Oh yes, that’s all. I hear people talking about 90 minutes. When will I get that time? never. So I rely on light exercises.
I also try to habit. I left dogs to urinate at 9 pm every night, then do 24 squatting. I did it every night for six months, which is great because I do not have to save time.

Who cooks dinner?
My husband cooks several times a year, and he is very good, but he usually does not have time. Everyone eats differently in my house, and I love to expel them all. I hate that, but I will deal with it. Girls are difficult to please. My husband is free of gluten and high protein in an incredibly, so his meals are different.

I am not Martha Stewart. I deal with things in the microwave and just try to make them work, because in the end, as long as there are colors on the painting and at least one vegetable for girls (usually frozen peas), this is the only commitment.
I was a 30 -year -old vegetarian for a few, then three years ago, I started eating meat again. In the end, it was not strange to me. I felt I needed and wanted it. Now I try to eat high protein like my husband to support lifting.
At family dinner, it is Michelm, but we eat together. The eating community is more important to me than the presentation.
How is bedtime in your home?
We all go to the top floor around 7:30 pm, I usually sleep in the bedroom with my daughters because they do not like sleeping alone. My husband gets the main bedroom for himself, and it is beautiful for him.
It is important to explain to children why they have to do something. If they do not want to go to bed, we explain the reason for the importance of sleep.
The four of us will lie in the children’s room and speak for 45 minutes. My children’s brains are very open at night, and they tell us everything about their day. We usually read a book, and we are currently reading “Mandy” by Julie Andrews, which they really like. Sometimes, my husband makes sounds with their stuffed animals.
I find it a connection period and our way of delivering again, and let them know that everything is safe, and today goes, it is only our family, and everyone can sleep safely. But it is long. It is from 45 minutes to an hour, then everyone sleeps around 9 pm
Sometimes, I sneak out of the girls’ room to see a show with my husband in the main bedroom, then sneak again.
We have three bedrooms, but our children are very lucky and very distinguished, so you are like, “Guess what? You will share a room, and you will have to deal with it, so discover it.”
