Sam Bankman Farid seeks to pardon the imprisoned son, in talks with people associated with Trump: Report

Quoted from a person familiar with the matter, Bloomberg Reports In recent weeks, professors of the Faculty of Law at Stanford University, Joseph Bankman and Parbra Farid, have met with lawyers and other personalities who are close to Trump to discuss the potential compassionate of their son.
Sam Bankman Farid was convicted on charges of the collapse of the FTX Stock Exchange, which he co -founded in 2019. He is currently serving a 25 -year prison sentence.
Trump granted the executive compassion for more than 1500 individuals who have been accused or convicted of criminal crimes since his return to the White House in January.
The president, who pledged to implement encryption reforms during his term, was pardoned by the founder of the Silk Ross Olbrech Prison, who received strong support from the encryption industry and the liberation movement.
Bankman-PRIED does not have the same level as Ulbricht, but his lawyer had previously argued that his penalty was Draconian because FTX customers have largely regained the money they lost at the beginning.
The report says that the former FTX CEO Ryan Salam, who was sentenced to more than seven years in prison, is also seeking an amnesty.
