99.9 % of the encryption is valuable, says Barry Silbert
During a recent conversation about “The Journeyman” Podcast With the Raoul Pal financial expert, Barry Silbert, founder of the digital currency group, stated that 99.99 % of coded currency codes have no value.
“Over the course of … 13 years since I bought Bitcoin for the first time … I have always been intellectual curious about everything that comes out of our area. I think, most often, 99.9 % of encryption codes that have no reason for existence and value.”
Silbert note that its tape for something excited about something “is really high”.
“Crypto King” remains ascending to the special symbols of the likes of Zcash despite its fall.
“People will realize that the financial privacy is important for them … there is a copy of a special Bitcoin,” he said.
Silber says he started buying Bitcoin when it was the largest cryptocurrency trading at about 7 dollars in 2011. He initially thought he was a genius to buy the emerging encrypted currency, but he briefly believed that he was a waste of money after the price was broken.
After bitcoin started to rise again, he decided to invest in companies that were building the infrastructure surrounding Bitcoin. It is worth noting that Ripple was one of the companies that Silbert chose to invest. The businessman was investing in Crypto.
“If you just stick to bitcoin, I was actually better than doing these investments,” he said.
